OBTEO Technology Solutions, LLC was founded in 2026 by Sean Holbert to bring enterprise-grade IT practices to homes and small businesses in Greater Binghamton, NY. Sean's background includes over 15 years managing desktop services, systems administration, and network infrastructure for a major university and a regional media company — work that means secure, well-documented, low-drama technology for the people who depend on it.
OBTEO applies that same standard to home networks and small business IT: clear communication, secure defaults, and solutions sized to fit — not oversold.
